This website is operated by Kalon Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kalon Studios. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ACCOUNT TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice.
Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateways. We are not responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized third-party payment links.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & ACCURACY

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our T-shirts as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability or errors in pricing/product information. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipping costs are ₹40 for standard orders and FREE for orders over ₹1499.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen logistics issues.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
We offer free returns for size or "change of mind" issues within 1 day.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 - 7 Business Days after the returned item passes our quality check.

7. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kalon Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or for any products procured using the service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
