At Kalon Studios, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your T-shirt, we’ve got you covered with a simple, hassle-free return process.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Free Returns & Shipping
We believe you shouldn't have to pay for an item that doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations. We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. Whether it is a size issue, a change of mind, or a defective product, we will handle the return logistics at no cost to you.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your T-shirt arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us at shipping@kalonstudios.in with a photo of the defect. We will prioritize a brand-new replacement or a full refund immediately.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that show visible signs of wear or have been washed.

Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is picked up and inspected by our team:

We will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
