1. Order Processing Time

We take pride in our quality checks. All orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping simple and affordable:

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a nominal shipping fee of just ₹40 on most orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1499.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your T-shirts reach you in top condition. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 5-9 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Rest of India: 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS 

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak festival seasons or due to regional logistics.

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can monitor your package's progress every step of the way.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your package is delayed or you encounter any issues with the delivery service:

  • Please contact us at shipping@kalonstudios.in with your order number.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if the item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue with the carrier immediately.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within India. We are focused on providing the best possible service to our domestic customers before expanding globally.
